“Breakfast is eggs and sausage rolls was all good but staff was not very attentive to the fact that our toilet plugged for several hours before going down to front desk myself and had to plug myself. Housekeeping only made up beds didn’t take out garbage or replace the towels”

“Hot tub and pool were both out of order and the check-in clerk refused to give us a discount even though another guest checking in got $50 off their room rate. Canceling altogether would have in omitted a $100 penalty. Breakfast was marginal. Long lines, scrambled eggs were out. We will not return to this property.”
