Hotel storici a Northeast Calgary

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Location is great, easy access to all areas of town. Shopping is great around the hotel, lots of resturants. ”

“Even though it was only an overnight stay, the service was great. They were kind enough to accommodate a late arrival, late check out that was perfect for our flight. Even getting a last minute spa appointment was available. The double room size was fantastic. Only suggestion for a double room, would have 2 coffee cups and more coffee available, but just a personal preference. Highly recommend. ”
