“I recently stayed at the Courtyard Reno Riverfront, and this experience was deeply disappointing—especially as someone who joined Marriott with high expectations.

“For such a great hotel &casino - I got really unlucky with a defective or broken AC/Fan unit - it kept me up all night for two nights rattling and coughing up these ratchet noises. My only option was to turn it off completely which made the room stuffy and hot. For $1,000 dollars, I definitely got the short end of the stick. Very expensive trip for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and I’m leaving early because I couldn’t stand another night like that. I hope you folks can fix the AC/Fan unit...

“The front desk told me when I called to say we’d be arriving late that they wouldn’t hold my room even though they had already charged it to my cc, finally said they’d hold it another hour (our flight was delayed)
Then we got there oldest lobby (I know it’s motel 6) but it reeked of cigarettes everywhere especially our room which I was told was non smoking. Then somewhere in the early morning another random charge which I asked about and he said oh it’s expedia; but the charge came from motel 6...
