“The service was friendly and great! Parking was good, the place seems a little run down, kinda feels unkept, it seems clean, but smoky in the lobby and halls, thankfully didn’t smell smoke in the room. Has too much light in the room for night time, but it’s nice. Beds are firm. But we’re grateful for them.
The king bedroom we had didn’t have a refrigerator, when others did (that we learned about).”

“I recently stayed at the Courtyard Reno Riverfront, and this experience was deeply disappointing—especially as someone who joined Marriott with high expectations.
