“Staff is doing their best and we had good service in the restaurant for breakfast. Management is not seen anywhere and leave front line staff to address all issues. We received a text at 2 pm indicating the restaurant, lounge/bar and room service would not be available for the remainder of the day. “Our stay was enjoyable and the property offered an amazing view. The room was clean and the bed sheets were fresh, which we really appreciated. The only concern we had was that when we opened the drawers, there was noticeable dust inside. This caused us to cough and sneeze a couple of times, though it settled quickly afterward. Aside from that, everything else was comfortable and we had a good experience overall.”
