Case in affitto a Northeastern Ontario

“Super cute apartment. Gorgeous backyard. Easy parking in the laneway. Quick and easy to the Agawa Canyon train tour.”

“We had a very brief over night stay at this property and only used the bedrooms and bathroom. Communication with hosts was timely and helpful and the location was in a quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated. The cleanliness of this property, however, did not meet our expectations. Surfaces (range, TV, bathroom) seemed to have been wiped down quickly rather than deep cleaned, and we noticed stains on the white towels and linens (they seemed to be “clean” but stained). It would have made a big...

“Nice and large, good for our family. Clean”

“Unit was Clean. Host was responsive. More stairs than anticipated eg: one downstairs BR & bath. Close to Agawa train station & restaurants.”

“The stone steps and wooden staircase to the front door are quite uneven, slanted and in poor repair. The driveway is uneven as well. We were 4 Seniors and found it quite difficult to enter/exit the building, particularly, with our luggage. The beds were comfortable. The overall property is tired and warn. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but could benefit from additional cutlery. We visit Sudbury regularly but will not rent this place again unless it goes through an upgrade.”

“Property was very nice”

“The renter was very helpful about check in and out. Beautiful home in a perfect location. Highly recommend the property to rent! Loved it”

“Great place and will stay again”

“The expedia app is unable to resize the rating page so the text was too large i was only able to see 4 stars / i couldnt tab on the 5th star. Overall good stay. We appreciate having the kitchen however the last guests left the dishes a bit greasy despite looking clean. We didn’t bring dishwasher tablets so did some dishwashing before we could start cooking. It would make everyone’s time easier if the host can leave some dishwasher detergent in the house. Other guests would also be more willing...

“The place is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the stay. The only thing is that there's no privacy screen for the washroom window and the washroom is facing the road. Location is good, 30 mins from the Algonquin provincial park West gate and 20 mins from Huntsville. Overall a good experience staying here.”

“Great stay”

“I got ripped off the place already had some stay there could not get a hold of owner so I was ripped off of the money I put out for this place had to go rent a hotel”
