“I booked this hotel for a getaway for my son and I specifically because it advertised as having an outdoor pool and the weather was beautiful. Upon arrival, I was incredibly disappointed to find out the pool was closed. To make matters worse, each person at the front desk had a different excuse (the pump was broken, they were waiting on an inspection, it was my fault for not asking if they had an outdoor pool and my favourite "its a seasonal pool and July isnt the season we open the pool"). “Our family, (two adults, two kids) recently stayed for one night mid week in July. The hotel is mid-value priced but you definitely get trade offs for this. Our room was on the second floor, but we had to hike our gear upstairs because there is no elevator. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room had all the amenities of a hotel at this price point. However. At 1 am, there was a distinct cigar/cigarette smell wafting into our room that woke me up, which was confirmed by the front desk...

“first day of our arrival, power went off. We were left with no running water and dark and unusable bathroom. I asked the front desk to provide us with candle or portable light in order to be able to use the bathroom. I did not received any help.”

“Though we go there not pick time hotel was not that busy . So parking was available .,room was clean .Kris was vey friendly and helpful to us . Everything was good for us .”

“The play area, arcade, and restaurant on site are nice. No pool (google photos show a pool but there isn't one). The carpet in the room was extremely dirty!!! The carpet was sticky and made my feet brown on the bottom, I had to wear socks or shoes.”

“Rooms and shared areas were moderately clean. Curtains in our room were a bit torn up and to get them to close I had to fix up where they hook on to the actual window a bit. Chairs in the room were old and a bit stained. Bathroom was alright. Swimming pool area was clean but pool itself was a bit dingy not horrible. Front desk ran out of towels for the swimming pool so we couldn’t get any. We have a four year old and there wasn’t really anything on the room service menu for a kid which is fine...
