“Exterior of property was certainly unattractive, but the interior of the room was renovated and clean. Walls were bare and floor was “wood/like” tile. The door was old and the locks stubborn (need be replaced IMO).

“This place is a hidden gem, the room is huge, comfortable, quiet and has an amazing view of the lake. The furniture is modern along with the cottage look of wood accents. We stayed in the King suite which had a lakeview from the front porch, golf course view from the back porch, kitchenette, jacuzzi tub and fireplace. “The staff went out of their way to facilitate my very late check-in on a Sunday night. They could not have been more helpful and kind. The room was not large, but I didn’t need it to be, and it was spotlessly clean and in perfect repair with a very comfortable bed. I don’t know what more one could ask for at this price point. I would stay there again.”
