“The first room I checked into had the bathtub faucet tour completely out. They got us another room. We asked for sheets for the pull out bed and we were given a pillow, a top sheet and a blanket, no bottom sheet, and they only had one pillow they could give us. The heater in the room did not work at all and the temperature got to 40 degrees outsideWhile swimming in the swimming pool, one of the staff went into our room, looking for extra towels, because apparently the hotel did not have enough...
