Hotel a Northern Albuquerque

“Rooms are only cleaned at the customer’s request. We asked for fresh towels every day even if the room wasn’t cleaned, but did not get any until the third day. The desk chat was broken and dangerous to sit in. We reported it, but the person at the front desk said the maintenance man was not there. They never fixed it. It’s an adequate place to sleep for the night, so don’t expect any elegance. It’s an older hotel but fine for one night.”

“Overall it was an ok stay, why, because the beds were very lumpy and didn't offer much back support while sleeping. We found ourselves tossing and turning through out the night. The breakfast wasnt much to desire either. The pancake machine was down, the oatmeal looked as if it were saved over from the day before as it was dry and literally bottom bucket style looking. “What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the people and the facility showed pride and care in going the extra mile. Rooms, hallway, dining area were all immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were politely helpful and kind. Loved the room layout and it was beyond comfortable. “We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization”

“We checked in June 22 for 3 nights. We entered our room, opened the curtains and see we are looking at a aluminum warehouse building next door. “The room was immaculate! So clean and nice smelling. Beautifully designed and eye appealing. The bathroom……WOW! Was worth the money I spent on the room! The casino itself was so clean and beautiful! Enough food choices to pick from! The security lady for the rooms was nice, courteous and very helpful! I wasn’t disappointed :D”
