“Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

“Hotel was okay. I booked two rooms and had two lots of security deposit charged. Upon check out, one of them was released immediately but the other one is still sitting as pending after checking out 5 days ago. Hotel staff keeps saying it's released but obviously something has gone wrong and they can't be bother doing anything about it. Bank said they can't do anything either so all I can do is wait with my funds being held.”

“Price and location was perfect. Parking was excellent and accomodated for my long truck whilst travelling interstate. Everything was great - breaky was ordinary. Would highly recommend this place. Best value for money.”
