Hotel vicino a Northgate Mall - Raleigh

“Loved staying here. Did a staycation for my daughter’s birthday. We stayed here specifically because they had an indoor pool, breakfast and a late check out at noon. It allowed us time to have breakfast and not feel rushed out the door. I decided to stay an extra night & the young lady at the front desk was so helpful with booking the extra night. She made sure I rebooked thru the original app so I got a great rate and then made sure we did not have to move rooms. She also made sure housekeeping...

“Great hotel, perfect location, close to the farmer’s market, downtown Durham, easy 20 min drive from the airport. Quiet, clean rooms. Excellent front desk person who went above and beyond to make sure to make us feel welcome. Free covered public parking during the week-end days. Not the first time we stay there and it will not be the last one! Thanks!”

“Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free. ”

“Well, when I checked, then I told him that water was coming up from the floor. They came and mopped it up but later on that day, they still water came from the floor again and it won’t no need for me to go say anything, but they told me they didn’t have no rooms available to move anything and I didn’t wanna wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back but when I woke up that next morning, the whole floor was full of water”
