“The room was relatively clean. It was nice to have the bathroom products available. There was no fan in the bathroom to purge the steam from the shower. The wall unit AC works well, and not real noisy as some hotels.”

“Great short stay there. I got in late and the front desk agent, Sherise, checked me in quickly. She also gave me a great late dinner recommendation. The property was quiet and I felt safe.”

“Our room did not receive housekeeping services during our stay. We had to request more linens due to this and they were never brought to us. Luckily, we found a housekeeper in the hallway and got the towels and washcloths that we needed.”

“The common areas were clean. Our first room had a bug crawling on the bed. Possibly a bed bug. The staff member at the front desk quickly got us into a new room.”

Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza mi hanno detto che io avevo prenotato una stanza “ vista piscina “. Ho fatto notare che vista piscina e’ diverso da una stanza a “ piano “ piscina. Per parlare con il manager ho atteso più’ di mezz’ora perché’ era….in bagno .. Inutile dire che non ho trovato alcuna volontà’ di risolvere la questione. Poi...

“It was an affordable option in a good location but the floors weren’t fully attached to the ground and the walls were so thin. There were a lot of signs saying that it’s not the hotel’s fault if your stuff gets stolen which did worry me I won’t lie. I also kinda wish the rooms had more amenities like a minifridge or a microwave. Would’ve been super helpful. Overall, it’s not the worst place to stay, but it’s definitely not the best.”

“A very nice stay! Staff was warm and friendly at check in, breakfast was awesome with plenty to choose from, hot and plentiful. The gym was very clean with lots of options also good sized. The room was spotless with comfy beds and the evening warm cookies in the lobby topped it all off. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you’re visiting Duke medical center.”
