“My stay at Tru by Hilton was a 5-star experience. The hotel was super clean from the lobby to the room, and everything felt fresh, modern, and well maintained. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the hotel in great shape. It was also quiet at night, so we were able to relax and sleep...

“Front desk was rather bothered when checking in, stunk like weed and cigarettes the floors were disgustingly dirty, the shower had someone’s old soap. The bathroom also smelled like someone just dropped a load before we entered, the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. The next night we noticed someone came in took towels but managed to throw in a dirty black stained wet towel into the clean cubby holder, didn’t restock towels and didn’t make the beds.
