“Front desk was rather bothered when checking in, stunk like weed and cigarettes the floors were disgustingly dirty, the shower had someone’s old soap. The bathroom also smelled like someone just dropped a load before we entered, the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. The next night we noticed someone came in took towels but managed to throw in a dirty black stained wet towel into the clean cubby holder, didn’t restock towels and didn’t make the beds. “My stay at Tru by Hilton was a 5-star experience. The hotel was super clean from the lobby to the room, and everything felt fresh, modern, and well maintained. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the hotel in great shape. It was also quiet at night, so we were able to relax and sleep...

“A very nice place outside the airport to spend a night before continuing on your trip. The property is probably very new as everything looks extremely clean. The bathroom looks brand new with a very nice showerhead. The hotel was quiet even though we were on the first floor adjacent to the parking lot. The front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. I recommend this property.”

“Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. The room itself was fine other than very poor water pressure from the bathroom sink...

“Make sure your room is far enough down the hall and away from the bar area as even though the bar closes at 12am, that area stayed pretty loud until about 2am”

“Had a decent parking. Very close to restaurants. Breakfast was decent, kudos to chef who was making sure everything was stocked, rooms were clean. They had free shuttles which I didn't use but they managed it really well. People had live airport updates screen in lobby.”
