“We got in to Whangarei late, and after a little bit of a challenge trying to find the entrance, we found the front desk. From there our experience was great. The staff were welcoming, talked to us about the parking, and chatted to us about where to find some great restaurants (within easy walking distance). “Ho trovato tutto quanto era previsto: ambienti spaziosi e forniti di tutto quanto necessita sia in bagno sia in zona cucina. Il motel dista 1,5 km dal centro ma a pochissima distanza si trovano due supermercati e vari fast food e pizzerie. La piscina è piccola ma pulita, il Wi-Fi un po’ lento, ma i pregi turistici della zona di Whangārei (kiwi museum specialmente) fanno soprassedere a trascurabili piccoli difetti”

“Had a choice to stay here while visiting Whangarei. The room was tidy, and the bed was super comfy. As a solo traveller, I found the location very handy and felt totally safe. Heaps of parking right outside, which was sweet as. The staff are absolute legends, so helpful and friendly. Cheers for the great hospitality!”

“Room is very clean. Luke handled our check in for our late arrival and greeted us as we were arriving. Helped us with getting our key from lock box and with a great parking spot! And a bottle of wine awaiting for us in our room, too! How kind and thoughtful! Also Luke had met our request for extra pillows, and left a trolly in our room so we could get all our luggage etc from our car to our room!”

“It a very comfortable motel, you have what you need in a structure that is not new or fancy, but good enough to welcome you well. We spent three night here, and we are satisfied. The staff is super welcomed and very gentle and you can ask what you need if you don't find it. Very clean. I think we can come back again in future. Thanks ”

“Online info to contact hotel direct - very poor. On arrival, grateful to considerate receptionist for moving two senior guests to a room not requiring stairs. A microwave and bottle of cold water in the room would be helpful especially when arriving after dining room closed. ”

“Had a great stay with a good sized room and a neat view from the little balcony. Some recent renovations evident made for a tidy stay. Great staff were all very helpful and professional.”

“Well maintained rooms, it was clean and tidy fresh towels and face cloths daily. The staff were very polite. Would go back and stay there again worth the amount paid.”
