“Room reserved was not available. Room floor was wet and could hardly walk without falling. Staff could care less. Never never stay here.”

“My speaker was left behind and someone stole it. I tried calling as soon as I checked out to tell someone at 5am since I had a flight, I send a message and 3 days later still haven’t received a response. When someone finally answered after multiple attempts the said it “wasn’t found” I waited to unpack to send this response just to make sure I didn’t accidentally pack speaker. I checked in on Thursday night, left my “do not disturb” sign off the door on Saturday expecting to have the room...

“As soon as you enter this hotel, you can feel how clean and tidy it is. The front desk staff are especially friendly. Although the hotel isn't large, it offers a complete range of facilities, making it a great value for money!”

“the hotel was very nice and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. it is a shame that the visit had to be let down by some basic problems. i have never seen hotel with such low water pressure. i do not know if this was a problem with the hotel or the local water system. there was hardly enough water pressure to adequately wash my hands. on top of that, they provide no small bars of soap. just some liquid soap mounted awkwardly too high on the wall to use easily. maybe they need to install...

“Breakfast was good a few choices. Staff was friendly, comfy beds, quiet. The reason for 3 stars I got down graded a my room. I reserved a junior king suite got a regular king room. No discount, or anything to make it better. Will not stay here again”

“Nor enough parking spaces. Parking lot full of potholes. Toilet would not flush on first flushing, had to continually hold handle down until finished. Dirty spots (rust or mold) on ceiling.”

“I’ve stayed here a lot over the years. Very clean and quiet with plenty of food options. The staff is great and the bar is always a great place to relax and unwind.”

“Hotel was nice. Clean, comfortable bedding. Only one elevator was working. Breakfast was great one day, not so great the next and opens a bit late. Showers can only be turned on from inside which is fine if you don’t mind being sprayed with cold water. Overall the stay was fine, no major issues.”

“The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher were convenient. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was quiet. The outdoor pool area even has grills. The staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating, cheerful, neat, and professional. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary pomegranate tea :)!! Thank you for a comforting stay!”
