“We booked this hotel through Expedia expecting a clean and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival the first room had serious cleanliness issues, including a noticeable ant infestation and an inappropriate item found under the mattress. We immediately reported it and were moved to another room, but that room had a non-working air conditioner. Because both rooms were not livable, we had to leave the property and book another hotel at our own expense. Before we left, staff told us not to...

“I booked through expedia for a room that said it could sleep 6 people with a king bed and a pull out couch (we have 4 little kids). When we got there, they said they dont have any rooms that sleep six people, and we had to get a roll away bed. It worked out okay, since our kids are small, but definitely not what we were expecting. The room was clean and i liked that it had vinyl floor and not carpet. The breakfast was so-so, same thing every single morning. Staff was friendly. ”

“Our room faced the highway so we needed earplugs to sleep, the room was hot when we arrived but the ac kept up well once kicked on. TP was see through but plentiful.”
