“It was a nice room but My room was not properly cleaned and I paid for two queen beds and they gave me two full beds, Also I couldn't figure out why my room smelt like a litter box and found a corona bottle under my bed but I still don't know if that's why the room smelled. Customer service was wonderful I can at least say and the hotel was very quiet and clean in and around common areas of the hotel and outside. ”

Great location to restaurants and things to do in Des Moines and surrounding area. Room rates were very affordable given all the amenities. Highly recommend!”

“ No receptionist at the site. No sign that we need to check in at neighbour hotel. Neighbour hotel staff who check me in is nice but the morning women receptionist is very rude and not friendly at all. She is supposed not working at hospitality ”
