“The hotel was exceptionally clean and is a perfect place for families. We stayed here as a family and truly enjoyed our experience. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast. The ingredients used in some of the dishes were not clearly labeled. Since we do not eat pork, we had to ask the chef whether the sausages and some of the egg dishes contained pork. “They changed our room without any notice to us at all and gave us a different room. Then told us they have a right to also cancel the entire reservation without any notice to us since we booked through Expedia. So be careful folks! They refused to accommodate us in the matter. I was disappointed in Hilton for treating their guests so poorly. Customer service in this matter was very poor. I came to vacation not to argue!”
