“Breakfast was good but it was a little crowded.”

“We were in the 1st floor. Water leaked, bathroom was dirty and had the smell of vomit. We were asked to maintain the temperature below 70 oF, which makes the room extremely cold and you will feel like the beds are wet. Even without children, the price was too crazily high for those conditions. With the same price, you can get something better in the downtown of Niceville.”

“The door was not locking all the time anybody could of came in the room and I had my daughter with me it had mode in the room and I let someone know and they didn’t care and bugs in the room”

“All the tops of dressers and tables were dirty when we arrived. Had to buy disinfectant wipes, and wipe them down, but the bed looked good thankfully. Great water pressure in the shower.”

“Check in was simple. Person who was at the front desk was friendly and polite. At 10:30pm no issues whatsoever. Key worked like it was supposed to. Bed was comfortable,sheets were clean. Nice bathroom,clean. A/C was good and cold. Checkout was simple and fast. Affordability doesn’t usually come with as nice a room as I got to stay in. Thank you very much. I have no complaints whatsoever. Thanks again. Satisfied customer. My son is stationed on the base down there so I will be a repeat customer....

“Ac didn’t work beds had stains of blood on them pool was dirty They advertise they had breakfast didn’t have the breakfast was coffee.if I could get a refund I would and was a nonsmoking room but around around had cigarettes by the front door in the smell come grind to my room so my sinuses flared up so bad now I have to go to the doctor in the morning”

“The hotel was nice and clean. The room was very quiet and absolutely no road noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“We left after approximately 30 minutes. My husband spoke with the clerk and they stated they will issue a refund. We want a refund due to the numerous issues that were described in my other review: smoke detector battery going off that they didn’t come to fix, moldy smell, dirty matttess on pull out soda with no sheets (stained and covered in dog hair), dirty floors”

“Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could.”
