“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is extremely outdated and has an old, stale smell throughout, which made it feel unclean and uninviting. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited and unappealing options. To make matters worse, the television in my room didn’t work on the first night, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. “It was such a clean room, quiet and calm hotel. Breakfast was good and overall everyone was so nice. It even has a laundry place. Loved it!”

“We were in the 1st floor. Water leaked, bathroom was dirty and had the smell of vomit. We were asked to maintain the temperature below 70 oF, which makes the room extremely cold and you will feel like the beds are wet. Even without children, the price was too crazily high for those conditions. With the same price, you can get something better in the downtown of Niceville.”

“No ice machine. No tissues, no paper towel. No toiletries. Dead roach under bed, visuable from door. Can feel & hear springs in bed. Pubic hair in tub drain. Pet waste can hasn't been emptied in a while, it stinks from 10 ft away & there are no pet waste bags available to clean up our dog's poo. Poo everywhere in the dog walking area. A/C works great. Fridge is spacious and cold. Door locks. 6/26/26 Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. $200 a night? Never again.”

Unfortunately, that was not true. When we checked in, the floors were filthy, there were spills and stains running down the walls, and the toilet was dirty. “Perfect hotel at a great price!! it was very nice and clean and all the staff were very nice, parking was perfect we were right outside our room. AC worked really good especially in this hot weather”

We want a refund due to the numerous issues that were described in my other review: smoke detector battery going off that they didn’t come to fix, moldy smell, dirty matttess on pull out soda with no sheets (stained and covered in dog hair), dirty floors”
