“I wasn’t expecting 5 star since it was an extended stay. However, it was over 100 a night so I expected a basic level of cleanliness. Appliances are rusty. Strong mildew smell. Someone shaved their public area in the shower and left plenty of evidence. No toiletries other than paper and a tiny bar of soap. 4 nights-no housekeeping service. I left out early in the mornings 4am. Several random people wondering around outside at that time. There is a Walmart close by so I got cleaning supplies...

The maintenance staff done a very good job on keeping sidewalks and all walkways, clean and clear. For this price, this was one of the best hotels that we had stayed in in this state of florida. “Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

“This hotel is TERRIBLE. And in a terrible location. We arrived and asked to cancel immediately. Unsafe parking lot. Construction zone everywhere. Listing claimed it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it took us 15 minutes to drive to the beach and still couldn’t park close by. When I asked the lobbyist about walking to the beach she had to hand me a map to find it, and told me I would have to walk alongside the main highway with 6 lanes to the first red light(not close by), then turn right a...
