“We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs. The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....

“The room was available at a cheap price so you only get which you pay for. Basically I can’t really complain because of the price, but the furniture was old and stained. The beds were not comfortable. There was water on the floor in between the beds why I don’t know the toilet would not blush for a very long time. I had to keep flushing, although check-in was quick and service was good. I guess not too much not too little type of service but overall the only time I would ever stay here again is...

“This hotel was dirty, room was extremely small and old with a dingy looking bed. The parking lot had many old looking vehicles with men hangung out in the parking area. The hotel was located off the main road in a corner section with little safety night lights. The hotel condition was extremely poor, Do Not Book!!!!”

“Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could.”

“We have been routinely been coming to the Ft Walton area for about 2 years now, and I can’t believe we haven’t stayed here before. Housekeeping was fantastic, front staff was lovely, and everything was incredibly well maintained. There were some elevator issues while we were there, but we were not affected. We traveled with 2 labs, and it was so nice to have so much lawn space around the property for them to walk around. They also had smart TV’s, which was appreciated. Great shower pressure, bed...
