“Room was very clean and equipped very well, large Samsung TV, all needed toiletries supplied (shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, soaps) nice sofa with pull out bed and ergonomic desk chair. No issues at all with our stay. Very good breakfast as well.”

“Overall a good stay at a newer property. There were a few minor issues, such as low water pressure in the shower and sink, and room service being available only on request. Otherwise, everything was generally as expected and the hotel was comfortable and very well kept.”

“When I arrived I immediately noticed the tv was not plugged in and then I sat down on the bed . You could feel the springs of the mattress. I stayed for 15 mins tops. The staff initially attempted to charge me for a night after only staying for 15 mins. I had to contact corp office and eventually speak with the manager to get a full refund. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. I appreciated her.”

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

“Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could.”
