“The only problem was the elevator was broken. I don’t blame staff for this. It was just an unfortunate time, but we were on the third floor.”

“The water slide attraction is a false advertisement. Open very limited hours. Not worth paying a premium of staying there because very limited accessibility. They charge you for parking without confirming you actually parked a car. Breakfast was limited and not what you would expect for what you pay. Missoula has plenty of hotels and won't stay there again.”
