“Upon arriving , we had a late check in! When arrived the room smelled bad! Like sweat or mildew. Further inspection - One of the beds had a blood stain ( period blood) on it. So it looks like the duvet cover wasn’t washed because it was fresh. Like someone was in that room.
We were able to get fresh sheets. I would say they need to update their furniture. The toilet paper handle was broken, water pressure in the sink is horrible , the tub needs to be redone with the chalk. Toilet moved a lot...

“Awfully bad experience. My family and I were doing a roadtrip so we needed a place for the night. We booked two rooms and both had very dirty floors, especially the bathrooms ones with a lot of hair on them. Bed sheets lacked and the beds had some stains on them. Wi-fi didn't work. Outside the rooms there was a terrible smell of pee.
We went to the front desk reporting these problems and luckily the ladies changed our rooms, which were both with clean bed sheets and cleaner bathrooms but still...

“The only complain I can think of was a trace of moldy smell when ac is off. Everything else was perfect. The room was spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Good breakfast. The bathroom seems to be recently updated. Would love the frosted glass in the shower for privacy and a few hooks. The location is great with multiple food options within walking distance. Plenty parking spots. The swimming pool, gym and laundry were not crowded and available to use.”

“The room on the first floor smelled so badly. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean. The breakfast was mid. One of the house keepers stole my mom white sweater after switching rooms and realizing she left it in the first room. She went back to the first room and did not find her sweater. They will charge your card for the room and the damage fee at 8am after selecting pay at property.”
