“The Wild Iris was very welcoming from the moment you walked onto the homestyle front porch and walked in through the lobby doors, you get a sense of peace and comfort. The room was kept nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is coffee and tea available in the lobby as well as DVDs to rent books to read and a cozy seating area next to a fireplace. “Nantucket Inn has moved right to the top of our favorite bed and breakfast stays. Check-in was easy and cordial, and we received some excellent restaurant recommendations. Our room was one of the smaller (the smallest?) at the inn, but perfectly adequate for two, and perfectly clean. We had fresh cookies waiting for us on the nightstand. After a quiet, restful night, we enjoyed our best BnB breakfast ever, prepared by the owner/host Jessica, in a lovely communal setting. We wholeheartedly...

“The grounds were open and welcoming and the lodging was comfortable, clean and had an intriguing Japanese/modern decor. The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked & there was an assortment of teas available. The hosts were amazing and breakfast was delicious, including home made jams & gluten free muffins & individual frittatas served in our room. A short walk up to the arboretum from this scenic and nature focused neighborhood made it an awesome stay!”
