“The view was good. Very few choices in Anacortes for water views. But the property is nice. The rooms are old and badly need to be updated. I do not consider my self to be a snob, but whoever rated these as wonderful on Expedia has a completely different definition of wonderful than most. The rooms are furnished by Walmart. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The breakfast was a very sad disappointment.”

“Sand on top of both beds. I think they need to wash the green plaid blankets that are at the end of the beds as I think that’s where the sand is coming from. Other than the sand in our beds, the resort is charming.”

“I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have had four different rooms which are all different and have their own charm. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it is nice to have a restaurant and bar downstairs that closes at 10pm so it is not noisy at night either. My only complaints though, are it doesn't look like anyone has washed and of the windows of the entire establishment in over a year, they really need cleaned. “Great location with friendly staff. We had the family suite and it was nice, clean with a mini fridge, Keurig, two tvs and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. The property is beautiful and you are right downtown Laconner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there is tea,coffee & hot water with hot cocoa/apple cider packets 24/7.
