“Beautiful house and property, would recommend to everyone”

“Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. Thanks for a great time! ”

“Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch.”

“The property is conveniently located near numerous trails. The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation and the hot tub is awesome after a long day hiking. The cabin easily accommodated 3 adults for a long summer weekend. The cabin is located in a quiet area a few miles from the highway. If you are seeking solitude in a beautiful mountain setting then this is a great option.”

“The property managers were great to work with! Our stay was incredible, lots of wildlife in the backyard. One thing I would note for the time of year, there is no A/C (which is normal for the area) but it got quite hot even with the mountain A/C (open windows) at night! There are some updates currently being made to outside of the home, we can’t wait to stay again when the outdoor space is finished! ”

“It was a great little cabin! The bed was super comfy! I love watching the horses in the pasture down below. While drinking my morning coffee. The kitchen had everything I needed, plus there was a grill just out the door! We have stayed at a lot of different places and this host the best by far with communication! I would recommend property to anyone wanting to get away to peace and quiet! ”

The hosts made everything about our stay easy, and we really appreciated all the things they've done to make the place cozy and comfortable. It had all the qualities and amenities listed, although what was really unique about is harder to describe.
