“Parking was okay staff were very friendly room needs a lot of attention ie painting broken blinds poor lighting used for convenience for airport unfortunately would not use again”

“The location for accessing the city centre is excellent and the free parking a boon. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included - this should be made clearer when booking. Room was clean and tidy and bed linen fresh. Towels provided and staff did ask of we wanted the room cleaned, every second day. The bed was comfy and we all slept well. There is traffic noise but both windows had secondary glazing which dampened most of the noise. We kept the windows open to keep the room...

“I liked the location right on the banks of the river also the free parking in a prime location. Didn't like the hit and miss breakfast, at our first breakfast everything was well overcooked almost inedible, but our second day breakfast was cooked to perfection ! go figure”

“The pub was busy and bustling, yet welcoming. Olivia greeted us, smiling and friendly. She was informative and nothing was too much trouble. She gave a really good first impression of the place Breakfast was excellent (Full English and Eggs Benedict). We were once again served by the lovely Olivia. Our room was small but the bathroom was spacious. Although the view was not one to write home about, the room itself (Room 5) served our needs for one night - very comfortable bed.
