“Great location with easy access to underground, grocery stores, restaurants etc. The flat had all the amenities. The only issue was a water leak after the first night which was quickly addressed by moving us to another flat. We had a great stay & would recommend it”

“Dalton was welcoming and even carried our heaviest suitcase down the steep stairs. The location is excellent, the beds were comfortable and the bathtub was a welcome way to relax after long days on our feet. We were close to multiple tube stops and it was an easy walk to Kensington Gardens.”

“Positives:
Location - great spot in a nice suburb and close to transport
Access/communication - great with keyless entry and WhatsApp messaging
Feel - Modern accomodation with good sized kitchen, bathroom and bed
Recommendations:
Heat - On two 30c degree days the heat was pretty unbearable. Two small fans and provided but I highly recommend ceiling fans. The ceiling height works and there is power so ceiling fans would be an easy addition.
Bedding - I recommend changing to a winter bed...
