“The only justification for the cost was the fact that it was 2 bedrooms. The communication with the host was so difficult and frustrating. We couldn’t figure out how to make the heat work during our stay, not sure if it worked. Cleanliness of the property should’ve been much better for the price. There are 2 flights of stairs to make it into the property- if you’re traveling with bags- beware! Overall not a good experience and would NOT recommend this property or host ”

“Seconda volta in questo Hotel. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Essendo stato in molti altri alberghi a Londra, in questo le stanze sono grandi per standard di Londra anche se un po’ datate ma comunque ottime, pulite e molto comode, soprattutto il letto. Albergo nel complesso comunque molto bello ed elegante. Accanto a fermata metro High Street Kensington per spostarsi rapidamente ovunque. Zona intorno pieno di ristoranti supermercati e negozi per qualunque esigenza. Assolutamente consigliato....
