“Family of 5, booked 2 rooms with ensuites. Everything was great from the amenities to the food and helpful staff. The Ryokan is around a 300-500m walk from the ski lifts however they offer a shuttle service every morning. You can also reserve the shuttle at other times to head out to restaurants etc.”

“Communication: easy to communicate with the owners via whatsapp prior to our arrival and once we were there to organise shuttles etc. Staff: whilst we were there, the owners were away however Alex looked after all of our requests. He was friendly, approachable and always willing to help at all hours of the day. Room: We stayed in the 'run of the house' room which had plenty of space. There was a heater in the room along with a (I dont know the name) small table you sit on the floor at and can...

“大浴場の足拭きマット（黄色のマット）がびしょびしょだったのが不快だった。その他、ホテル内、部屋、室内の水回りは、とても綺麗で清潔感があった。サービスもわかりやすく丁寧だった。朝食もまあ十分。また宿泊したいと思った。”

“The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”

“I just loved loved loved loved loved staying here — the owners are wonderful. Extremely hospitable and helpful. It has a local Japanese vibe that you don’t get in some places The rooms were super comfortable and well heated, breakfast was yummy. Thank you for the warm hospitality ”
