“Ac was good and pool was dirty hot tub did not work train was loud every hour ”

“Stayed here recently, but unfortunately had issues with noise at night. Around 2–3 AM, it sounded like neighbors were working on or messing with a car, which made it very difficult to sleep. It didn’t seem like quiet hours were being enforced effectively. If you’re a light sleeper or traveling for rest, this could be a concern. Hoping management can address this for future guests.”

“The hotel was amazing. This was my first time staying at Ayres property as I had been wanting to for a while so when I saw the location and rates, I knew I had to take advantage of the deal. We stayed in one of the suites, which came with a cute little patio. It was perfect for sitting down with a cup of coffee and a good book, or just enjoying some quiet time with beautiful mountain and lake views. “Not one bad thing just small annoyances - There was no towels by the hot tub, staff was on their cell phones in the elevator, our refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and why only one chair on the balcony when two people stay in the room.”

“Construction or remodeling going on throughout the floors so the rooms were a pretty long walk but lady servers were amazing”

““Hot”water was just tepid. No stand for suitcase. Lighting in bathroom too low for makeup application. No tea in room, only coffee. Room itself is charming, but noisy. Because of the motel like setup, you can hear people using the pool and traffic. The staff were lovely. But at 72, this just wasn’t my cup of tea….haha”
