Hotel vicino a Novel Park Dog Park - Irvine

“Would rate probably about a 2.5 overall. It got us through the weekend in Cali but I'd say if you had to stay longer than a day or two go somewhere else. The jacuzzi does not work. The one whole side of the hotel is RIGHT next to a train track which we didnt know, so we had to be asked to be moved after the first night of no sleep. Both rooms were the same level of clean, which was not very.. and unfortunately one elevator smelled like someone had pooped in it and they barely wiped it up....

“Clean room, got placed near the pool which wasnt preferred. The bed wasnt as comfortable and i wish there was a blanket instead of a thick sheet. If ur not staying for more than 2 days, its nt terrible.”

“The bathroom was not clean. There were strands of hair at multiple locations in the bathroom. The chair provided was worn out with peeling leather. Breakfast staff was very rude in demeanor.”

“The rug in front of the bed was wet and the only chair in the room and the closet had dirt and crumps on them, we showed up at 2 to check and were told we had to wait till 4 to check in because they still had to clean our room. I understand sometimes they can get busy and miss little things. But we were told to wait till 4 just to check into a dirty room.”

“The accommodations are modest but adequate. My room was clean and had everything we needed-and also had a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was a bit tight. They had a really nice continental breakfast included. And the also had a pool and sauna I didn’t use. Overall great quality for the price right in Laguna hills!”

“Would have been nice to get fresh bath towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, and coffee supplies for the room coffee maker. I had to go down every day and ask for all these items.”

“We had a horrible experience with the front desk staff during this stay. I booked a two queen/full-size room due to the size of our party and arrived at 8:30pm on Saturday night during the Memorial Day weekend. When I got to the front desk to check in, the agent informed me that the property was oversold on that type of room and that only rooms with king-size beds were available, I was told that there's nothing they can do. I either accept what they have available or relocate elsewhere. When I...

“Check sliding glass door to patio/bacony. The first room door would not lock which was on first floor street side. Breakfast was okay weak coffee and watered down juices. Rooms are clean. No EV charging available but near several Tesla Superchargers. Overall a nice Budget Hotel.”

“We would definitely stay here again! The hotel was everything you want in a hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds, professional staff, and great amenities. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool both nights. The hotel is in a good area with several other hotels on the same street. And to top it off, the lobby has a wonderful scent welcoming you to the hotel.”

“I would double check the availability prior to arriving, my friend drove 3hrs to come spend time with me at this hotel, there were rooms available and when he arrived they said they were sold out even though he had a reservation. It was so disappointing.”

“This property used to be very good. But they now charge for parking in a shared parking lot in a business park. The beds are old. Amenities are mediocre. Staff seemed like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Have stayed here many times. This was my last. Not a good value for what you pay.”
