“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

“La atención muy buena, la aceptación con las mascotas excelente, solo falta algo de mantenimiento en los baños de la alberca y en la alberca estaba con el agua un poco con grasa y basura, y el jacuzzi qué es caliente esta muuuyyy caliente, quizás unos grados menos sería excelente. En general todo muy bien y por supuesto que volveré. Muy recomendado. Tiene todos los servicios.”

“I was very happy with my stay. Just “Details” in a few areas could have been better. They have a weird policy with getting food at the property. If you’re at the rooftop pool, they won’t take orders from the main restaurant downstairs. You only have 3-4 choices from upstairs. (But Ricardo Santana, server, went out of his way to always try and accommodate when possible)! Also the construction noise is 7 days a week, starts at 8am till 6:30pm!
