“I guess they must give EXPEDIA bookers the least desirable rooms....? In my case, even though it was on the 13th floor, my room overlooked a construction site that went all ALL NIGHT! There is no excuse for that, it is a construction site for a new skyscraper that will go on for many months and the noise is constant.
The staff is friendly but who assigns the rooms is NOT !”

“Communication was not good. Tried to message the host via the Expedia app, but did not get a response. The number on Expedia was a local number, so couldn't contact them via WhatsApp. Had to Google the name and found them on another social media platform and messaged them. Even after messaging them, they were only quick at replying that they can't give a refund. When I asked about other things, such as a WhatsApp number, how to check-in, they would reply very late. When we arrived in the...

“Receptionist is kind, helpful but not easy to contact. Need some minutes or half hour to wait for her reply. Self check in, a little complicated especially when not be informed prior the check in time. Near convenient store, some food stall, coffee corner. “DON'T BOOK HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
If anyone is reading this cancel immediately. I asked for an early check in (2 days before). They completely ignored me, on the day of check in I get the WhatsApp number and contact them again, only for them to try and change the location on me. By then it was too late to cancel, they tried to put us 3km away from the initial location, stating no foreigners are allowed to stay here. I then contact support who try to call them (strange that they answer...
