“The staff is polite but not friendly. The room was very very clean, the beds were comfortable. I wish the staff was more welcoming. The coffee shop is way too expensive, $11 for a smoothie, $9 for coffee. The restaurant was limited unless you got the buffet which was $89 apiece for dinner and about $40 for breakfast. We walked to other restaurants for our food. There is no microwave in the room either. It doesn’t feel like a resort. Just a hotel with one fancy shop in the lobby. ”

“Una grande struttura simile ad un grosso centro commerciale e come tale, un po’ dispersiva. Ottima palestra, piscina piccola e non adatta al numero di ospiti, caotica. Ma viste le spiagge di Honolulu… Camere grandi e spaziose ottimo il servizio pulizie ma letti matrimoniali piccoli ma comodi. Colazione ben fornita, ma i prezzi troppo alto ci hanno fatto scegliere altre soluzioni, peccato. Peccato anche il prezzo esagerato del parcheggio che alla fine mi è costato più del noleggio dell’auto Ho...

“The night clerk was very helpful and courteous, especially to find a room availability in our time of need during the torrential storms.”

“Love the pool area but it is sometimes hard to find seats together. Would recommend removing a portion of the rarely used reserved seats and adding more regular seats.”

“Pool was nice but closed early. Nothing at all in the rooms not even bottled water so plan to purchase things for your trip from the grocery store. A little over priced for what you get. Staff is amazing and super helpful. ”

“Ottima struttura vicino al mare e ai negozi. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Unica nota negativa il parcheggio a pagamento ma con pochi posti disponibili rispetto al numero dei clienti. I parcheggi alternativi messi a disposizione dell’albergo, risultavano spesso di non facile accesso. ”

“Overall, the hotel was okay but definitely in need of a full renovation. The location was amazing and by far the best part of the stay — everything was close and convenient. However, the rooms felt outdated and small in some areas. The beds were also on the smaller side, which made it less comfortable than expected. The coffee machine definitely needs to be replaced as it didn’t meet the standard you’d expect. It’s a decent place if you care most about location, but improvements and upgrades...
