Jewel of the Fleet - If you appreciate an old style beach box cottage with that summer place feel, this is your place. This ocean front 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for any family.  Splitting the cost? Everyone can bring their own car. This place has an unbelievable 7 parking spaces ! It also sports a pool. (Unusual for beachfront property, here.)  Back indoors there's relaxing privacy for everyone, with five TVs ! That's one for every bedroom.

Enjoy the large ocean front deck with plenty of deck furniture so you can relax as the ocean breezes whisk through your hair and you get memorized with such great views . You'll appreciate the two outdoor showers. This home boast 2 K beds, 2 Q beds, and 2 single beds, 2 TVs, 2 DVD, Pet friendly (with pet fee), and more.  This home is located just down from the public basket ball court, public tennis courts, ball fields, restaurants, shopping, and more.  This Jewel will leave you wanting to stay another night.  Make sure that you do not miss out.

Home needs some tlc

Found someone’s dirty drawers under a bed and looks like bed has never been cleaned under front entry stairs very steep not friendly to people with knee issues . Other than that we had a very nice time .

Buyer Beware - False Advertising

Unfortunately, It would seem I can’t add pictures, but it was ABSOLUTELY CLEAR that the pictures you displayed on your website were in NO WAY comparable to the place we moved into. This is the worst rental I have ever engaged in. And PLEASE, understand,. It’s not the price we paid but rather the place we got versus the pictorial advertisement that was used to secure the booking. And given my absolute belief that neither you or Better Beach Reality have EVER visited the site, you are complicit in the false advertising.that resulted in our purchase (I will be writing the Better Business Bureau). The house was disgusting - door wells filthy, the entire house in need of painting, bathrooms poorly cleaned, mold under the house, mold in the coffee maker that hadn’t been cleaned, a pool that was COMPLETELY misrepresented (fence gone, vegetation growing everywhere, filthy) a house whose pictures were likely taken when it was first built versus the peeling, siding peeling, rusting nails mess that we encountered. While I spoke with Better Beach Reality on three occasions, the only courtesy I received from the manager was an email indicating a compensation of $500 if I signed a release or that I could leave on a Thursday evening and receive a refund for the last day (really..,the home was falsely represented for the first 6 days I was there, but she was glad to offer me a refund for one day. I have reviewed the Better Beach Realty reviews and they are TERRIBLE. Interestingly, the manager responds to many of them, only to say, “and the rental agreement says, and the rental agreement says, and the rental agreement says.” There is absolutely no indication of customer service and employees I spoke with simply point the finger at one another. I am a 65 year old father who had his whole family invited - and was COMPLETELY disappointed. Given my age, I have PLENTY of time to write of my dissatisfaction where ever I can, and I will!!!
