“Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in we found the room door standing open which we thought was odd. Then once in the room we found the mattresses to be very dirty, they allowed us to change rooms and these mattresses were better. Overall the stay was OK. ”

“The room was not cleaned during our stay they provided 1 towel for 4 people. Ele ators were broken and was terrifying when riding. The gym equipment was broken.”

“You can tell that they are making efforts to modernize the rooms, so in that sense it was better than the pictures made it seem. The biggest gripe I have about my stay was the adjoining rooms and the zero sound insulation between the rooms. The whole week there were loud people in the room next to me that made it quite unenjoyable.
