“The room was not cleaned during our stay they provided 1 towel for 4 people. Ele ators were broken and was terrifying when riding. The gym equipment was broken.”

“Clean room and easy check in. There’s staff at the property, however I was able to contact a live person for questions. Perfect location to walk to the beach, pier, and local restaurants. Family and pet friendly.”

“Although this location was very convenient and it is upgraded there are still major flaws. The walls are paper thin, you can here every single noise and slam upstairs and next door to you. It caused me to leave early because I could not take it any longer. There is no pool, I looked everywhere for it. Even though there’s pictures and it says on Google there is. There’s a weird smell that is lingering inside of the room I’m not sure if it was mold or bad cleaning products but it left me with a...

“About what you would expect, rating is lower from me because of a billing issue that could have been avoided as well as a pipe running across the beach that makes it difficult for people with accessibility issues, that isn't the hotels fault but maybe prices should be adjusted if the view is going to include a three foot wide rusty brown pipe and a depressed-looking boardwalk. Still better than Myrtle Beach.”
