“Good location, nice neighborhood, restaurants close”

“This was a very cute apartment in a really nice neighborhood! We got a little confused about check-in because the parking space and the lockbox are not clearly marked. A couple of big, comfy couches in the living room would have made it a little more comfortable for 2 adults and 2 tall teenagers. Otherwise it was perfect and we would definitely stay again.”

“The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”

“The house was spotless and very comfortable for our needs. Best of all it was not far from our son’s home in River Forest which made going back and forth convenient.”

“Good location, nice amenities. But the floors were filthy (if you walked on them barefoot, your feed would be covered in filth. I stepped on a sliver of glass that I had to pull out of my foot, which caused issues walking around until I could get it out). The owner also lied that we left a burn mark in the head board of one of the beds (we were on a family trip, do not smoke, vape, and did not even have a lighter with us). Tried to shake us down for extra money, even though we told them we did...

“Great location. Everything was wonderful except for noisy neighbors upstairs. Understand neighbors are moving but would have liked to know about noise prior to booking. Host was super. Without the noise this would be a solid 10 rating.”
