“The air conditioning worked great and there was plenty of room to park my RV. There was plenty of TV channels.”

“The bed was hard as a board not sure if it was a box spring or a mattress, the bedding had holes and was of inferior quality to say the least, I was afraid to use the bath tub/shower for fear that I would come out dirtier than before I used it. The tv setup was different having to use 2 remote controls to navigate it. But the staff was very friendly.”

“By far the best Hilton I've ever stayed in. The heirloom restaurant is probably some of the best food I've had in my life. Would stay here again without hesitation and would encourage folks to do the same”

“I know it was pet friendly but the hallways smell like dog pee. Also I paid for breakfast and the cook did not show up for work”

“There are no amenities, pool not open, glass pipes dropped on ground in front of door. Glass shards in the parking lot and in breezeways, no towels, not good lighting, not a safe place. Staff was horrible and should not be dealing with the public.”

“Bathtub was dirty. Hair dryer didn’t work. Large pink stain on floor outside of bathroom. Security safe had no batteries. Had to wait on check in attendant. I’ve been here before and the business office never has a computer available to use. Told attendant that there was a strong marijuana smell in the hallway on second floor. I thought this was a no smoking facility much less marajuana!”

“Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. Pillows were stained. Staff was great though. I didnt tell them these issues because i dont like being "that guy"”

“My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. Furthermore, the toilet was not functioning properly and had to be manually plunged every time it was used, which...

“Pulled back covers and found large stained area on sheets. Went to front desk and was offered another room on higher floor but elevators were not working. Was told house keeping was not available to replace bedding. So I booked another hotel and left ”

“Checked in around 7:30 pm. Room had an odd smell but I figured it may just be due to the humidity in Louisiana. Turned on AC thinking it may help. Went back out and returned later and it seemed a bit more tolerable. Went to bed and the smell seemed to get stronger again. Woke up through out the night from the smell. Had been traveling all day so I was too tired to deal with it right away. Went to front desk in the morning asking for a new room because of the smell. Explained it was possible...
