“Firstly this property is in a beautiful location and there are a number of places worth visiting in the area. The kitchen is excellent and the balcony was well used in the sunny weather. Everything that was promised in the apartment with 2 baths and a sauna. However, as it highlighted in the previous review the bed is not comfortable and the pillows are poor. It seems picky to highlight these things but you do need to sleep and it is a luxury accommodation which we and other people are paying...

“The property was double booked. Our payment went through the night before, after which the host would've received a message. However, sadly it was beyond this individual to let us know right away and instead they just left us swinging, waiting for access details they were never going to send. We spent ages trying to get in touch with them, including a 10-minute call to VRBO in the USA. When we finally managed, they simply told us we couldn't get in and to just ask for a refund.
