“We mostly like everything about the stay, apartment size, amenties, location and proximity to Interlaken OST station. We were disappointed by the attitude of the restaurant staff at the hotel, especially one male staff member who seemed particularly rude. Either the staff need etiquette training or English language training. “I don’t care” is how this male staff member reacted to a situation. I have never heard any hotel staff member , anywhere in the world.”
