“The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. “How’s were very attentive and available for any questions we might’ve had. Check-in was smooth and the property was perfect for our trip. We loved the space. There were even some toiletries and kitchenware available for use which was very nice for our week stay. The location was also in a quiet neighborhood next to a park, nice for morning walks. “This stay was overall great. The only negative thing to say is that the unit is on the ground level of a large shared home with multiple units. This made the noise level from above and next door a little disruptive. However, the host was quick to remedy the problems we encountered which were very few. “Very good location! Clean rooms! Communication with persons who picked up my call need to be improved. I called to ask if I can check in one hour earlier if standard check in 4pm, promised to let me know but nothing happened; wrote a few of emails and got no responses other than machine generated messages.”

“We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived.
