The air vents all had black mold specs and constant condensation dripping, even with the fan to auto only. The walls had peeled paint and holes. There were pills and q-tips swept under the couch. “Loved the resort- highly recommend a check-in a better overview of all amenities available. Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. We absolutely loved the restaurant waiter but it was unfortunate He was the only one staffed for the restaurant and the bar. He made the experience very memorable and had the best hospitality. The food was great, but I think you would have a better turnout if there was more staff support.”

“I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of...

“The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.”
