    This beautiful newly renovated home is perfectly located a stone`s throw from Ocean Groves main shopping strip (450m) with close access (400m) to the main beach. Sitting in a quiet street, you`ll find this stunning property ideal for families and groups, featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This home is set up with 8-person spa, spacious back yard and luxurious outdoor spaces, two living areas and modern fixtures throughout. Every detail has been crafted for a comfortable, luxurious and carefree stay at the beautiful Coastal Waters.

    LOCATION:
    Ocean Grove shopping strip - 450m walk, 1 minute drive.
    Ocean Grove Main Beach - 500m walk, 2-minute drive.
    Barwon Heads - 40-minute walk, 4-minute drive.
    Geelong City - 30-minute drive.
    Avalon Airport - 55-minute drive.
    Melbourne Airport - 1 hour 40-minute drive.

    PARKING: Free parking on site with two driveways on either side of the home. Plenty of space for approx. 6x vehicles in the driveway, as well as boats and caravans. On street parking available, the garage is inaccessible to guests.

    ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via smart lock on front door, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.

    WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided on check in.

    HEATING & COOLING: The property features reverse cycle air conditioning in the rear lounge with heating and cooling. All bedrooms are fitted with extra blankets and ceiling fans.

    KITCHEN: The property comes with a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, an L shaped counter with 2x bar stools. A Nespresso coffee pod machine is provided for guest use with milk frother, kettle, toaster, microwave and various tea, coffee and sugar. An assortment of singe serves condiments of jam, honey and vegemite are also available.

    DINING: A spacious dining table is featured in the home with 10x seats available, we ask guests to make use of the tablecloths during their stay.

    LOUNGE 1: Centrally located to the home just inside the entry, this lounge room comes with a 3x seater couch, expansive smart wall mounted TV, gas log fireplace, various board games and a skylight that can be opened and closed for your convenience. This TV features apps for streaming and free to air, we ask guests to log into their own accounts.

    LOUNGE 2: Located at the rear of the home off the dining room and opening up onto the back patio, this second living space is perfect for movie nights. Featuring 4x seater L shaped couch, 2x armchairs, wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner, and a large wall mounted smart TV. This TV features apps for streaming and free to air, we ask guests to log into their own accounts.

    EXTRAS: All towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more are provided for your stay!

    LAUNDRY: Washing machine, dryer, cordless vac, cleaning supplies and 2x clothes racks available. All washing powder provided.

    PETS: We have a firm No Pets policy and this property.

    CHILDREN & INFANTS: Infants and children are welcome at this property. The property has provided plasticware for eating and drinking. We also have a porta cot on hand.

    OUTDOORS: The property features a spacious and luxurious outdoor area with outdoor shower, 8x person gas heated spa, under cover BBQ kitchen area with 2x undercover patios for relaxation. The property is fully fenced with a built in fence separating the front of the house to the back.

    BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:

    Master Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, electric mattress warmer, spacious wardrobe, wall mounted smart TV and connecting private ensuite (Sleeps 2) Connecting verandah to back yard for morning sunshine, black out blinds.

    Bathroom 1 (Connecting to master bedroom) - Double basin, wall mirrors, toilet and spacious shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Ceiling skylight that can be opened and closed.

    Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, electric mattress warmer, black out blinds and spacious wardrobe (Sleeps 2)

    Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed, electric mattress warmer, black out blinds and spacious wardrobe (Sleeps 2)

    Bedroom 4 - 2x Single Beds, black out blinds and spacious wardrobe (Sleeps 2)

    BATHROOM 2 (Full) - Single basin, plenty of counter space, heated flooring and ceiling lights, toilet and walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

    EVENTS AND PARTIES: We have a very strict No Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks parties at this property. Fees for damages and immediate cancellation will apply. No Smoking inside.

    GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and
    agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please
    treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours.
    Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or
    bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make a reservation at our property.
    Please follow parking guidelines where provided.
    CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out
    time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior
    arrangement/availability and extra charges may apply.
    Contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the
    key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a
    management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property
    and if required replacement of keys.
    THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS
    UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to
    unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you
    immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your
    stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. HostyCo will not
    be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforeseen
    unavoidable circumstances.
    PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in
    immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional,
    cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any
    guest during their stay if we deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS
    PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
    There should be no disturbance to neighbours at any time during your stay.
    LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where
    supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon
    request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any
    damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen may incur a
    charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping
    service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee .
    YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and
    loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this
    immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs.
    Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as
    occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive
    noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction
    without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise
    should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
    Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $70 (or $100 after hours) call out fee for
    management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.
    Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the
    appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed
    away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure
    will incur a $100 fee. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All
    furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
    Smoking is not permitted in the property. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the
    property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
    HostyCo is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
