The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, on the main arterial road through Ocean Grove: The Parade (please note there will be traffic noise in the courtyard).
Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf. If sitting back and relaxing is more your thing then choose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and the beach, with shops, cafes and a supermarket within steps of the front door. Off-street parking for one car is available in a single designated undercover carpark (see notes in listing decription).

Closest train station 25km away (Geelong station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 25 mins by car from Melbourne.

Good location for Bellarine visiting

Easy access to everywhere but don’t have a large car or you will struggle in the apartment car park. Issues with single bed mattress in the spare room ,and it’s linen, which has been reported and trust will be corrected. Note the Spare room has 2 small single beds ok for kids but not necessarily for taller adults.

Central Property

Nice place. Clean and bright with everything you will need for a short stay. Covered parking for one car which is a big plus in hot weather (but watch out for the angle on the pavement which is bound to scrape the underside of the car). A short walk to local shops, restaurants, cafes, and banks. Convenient drive to shopping outlets, the rest of the Bellarine Peninsula, & The Great Ocean Road. Recommended.

Excellent

I stayed at the property with my friend. We had a bedroom and a bathroom each. The unit was cosy and in a great location. We didn't visit the beach because it was winter - cold and rainy, but it was in walking distance and nice to look at. Check in by locked key safe was super easy. Will definitely stay again.
