Hotel vicino a Ocean View Beach - Norfolk

“This is a well-maintained, historic space. The updated room was nice. Modern floors, plumbing, and furnishings were good. Because of the age of the space, towels felt a bit damp. This property is on the edge of a neighborhood. The space felt safe. The courtyard was darling.”

“Stayed 5 days at this property. Did not have our room cleaned once. They emptied the trash cans one time, did not leave towels or make beds. There were coke cans on the balcony when we arrived, bathroom was not the cleanest either. I asked for towels to be brought to our room and was told I would have to come and pick them up myself. The view from the balcony was very nice but I will not be returning.”

“Seen a roach , room wasn’t cleaned to its full potential, looked like someone threw up on the curtains , bathroom outdated and the tub and toilet kept bringing up water with a sewer smell”

“The buttons on the hot tub were falling into the tub . There wasn't any a.c in the suite , No plastic cups. Sheets smelled like animals had been living there. The beach in the back is dirty ..Overall a waste of money”

“Beautiful and clean surroundings, from the front desk to the room! Spacious fitness room! Very friendly and helpful staff!”

“The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”

“It was okay, nothing special”

“The only complain I can think of was a trace of moldy smell when ac is off. Everything else was perfect. The room was spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Good breakfast. The bathroom seems to be recently updated. Would love the frosted glass in the shower for privacy and a few hooks. The location is great with multiple food options within walking distance. Plenty parking spots. The swimming pool, gym and laundry were not crowded and available to use.”
