Hotel a Odessa

“LaQuinta does not accept ESA dogs as a service dog. Even though ADA does not consider ESA dogs to be Service Animals, other hotel chains allow them without a fee or deposit (Best Western). I will not return to LaQuinta because of this”

“Great check in but once in the room I found left behind bottles of something and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and the normal soap dispenser in the shower was gone but left behind were the previous guests hair in the wall and what looked like mold in the grout lines.”

“I’ve stayed at a lot of Home2Suites, but this has been my absolute favorite! The arcade was a nice touch and the pool was a hit with my daughter. For me, the gym was the best one I’ve seen in a LONG time. We will definitely be back!”

“Property was clean and well maintained upon arrival. Staff was helpful and nice with check in. Breakfast was clean and well stocked. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet!”

“The property was very clean and nice. Only problem was that the heater (it was raining and cold 40 degrees outside) would run very loud then only go on auto which means kept shutting off and on. It was very dramatic. Not a huge deal unless you are trying to sleep and wake up very early but the noise if this off and on would just help waking us up. Not even sure that’s something that can be fixed. Beds are comfy with lots of pillows. Toilet is VERY low and hard for old knees to get up off....

“Staff was very nice and willing to help me witha room change. The 2 people that checked me in on Saturday the 16th were awesome. ”

“A man, who I never even gave my name to, came up the stairs, barefooted, and only after I had to call him from the front desk…and said “here’s your key” & walked away. We did get in late, around 2:30 am. He then called our room and had my husband get out of bed, to go pay a pet fee that wasn’t mentioned to us, nor were any amenities or instruction given upon “check in” (I.e. when the barefooted man handed a room key to a stranger) The pillows smelled like an un showered person had been sleeping...

“Inexperienced staff. TV didn’t work. Hallway lock didn’t work. Potholes in parking lot. Outdoor maintenance lacking. Floor in room looked dirty. No phone so unable to contact front desk.”
