“I’m not sure how this place has so many amazing reviews. It’s very run down and the rooms are pretty gross. It also doesn’t really have a “breakfast” just like a few items they put out to grab and go. I wouldn’t personally stay here again.”

“Pretty dated and not cleaned well hot tub broken jets are taken out was not very hot nor clean. Room is dated and not dusted and carpet smells I tried to cancel after seeing room but was too late. Also the handicap rooms was really small the only thing that made it handicap was the bars in the standard size bathtub. And the door doesn’t seal shut could see outside.”

“One night stay here. The room we stayed in was very humid, and you could see where the ceiling had leaked & run down the walls. The ceiling on the 3rd floor hallway also had an active leak. We were in & out frequently, so we didn't really have time to ask for another room. The staff we dealt with were nice, and I know they had a tremendous amount of rain the previous week. I've stayed in worse places, but if I ever return to Americus, I won't be staying here.”

“I made reservations for this hotel while I was visiting my sister. I went there and immediately had a change of heart. I’ve been trying to cancel and get my refund but have been unsuccessful. 0 out of 10 I don’t recommend.”

“I've stayed once before, mainly for the location and price; Decent. This time around was a bit different, the mattress was really firm, hard to sleep and woke up feeling like I had slept in the floor.”
