“This is a unique property: a view from the porch of Oarweed Cove, the Marginal Way and the Atlantic Ocean; from the driveway you are steps from Perkins Cove’s shops, restaurants and harbor. We enjoyed our stay, especially the ocean views and sounds.”

“We had a nice time here! The beds were nice, it was great to have 2 bathrooms, the view was gorgeous, and the pools were amazing. We had plenty of space for cooking, eating, and hanging out. ”

“Bethany was an AMAZING host from the moment I found the condo with all of my questions until our last day. She was quick to respond to any of my messages and always very pleasant to deal with.The location was quiet, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend her condo to anyone that is looking for a great deal and great stay while in Wells.”

“Kerri is fantastic with communication. The condo has a great location, pool, and lots of room. It is very spacious for 4 adults and small children. There is a beautiful view from the deck. The trolley is also close by. This was our 3 time and we booked again for 2026.”

“This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. We loved the facilities too. Couple cons for our family was that there was only one parking spot available…we had to switch out cars for a couple do days and only one bedroom for all four of us. Our kids didn’t end up bringing their friends. It would be tight for 6 people. I would recommend staying here though. We are looking into another property at the Holiday House for next year’s trip…but if that falls through we will try to rebook...

“The condo was perfect for our family of four. Even as a one bedroom, we had plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach was great and didn’t need to worry about parking. We could stop for a midday break and go back out. Everything was very clean and well maintained.”

“We stayed from Monday through Friday. This place is everything as advertised. It’s close to food and a two minute walk to the beach great spot!”

“Great location! Well cared for facility. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Stephen at the front desk was a pleasure! He worked hard to help us out. Our unit was quite adorable. Only downside was the coffee maker didn’t work for us. The air conditioner was doing what is should but after a good filter cleaning ( boy did it need it) it worked perfectly.”

“Very good. Recommend having a second key inside so you don’t have to deal with the lockbox everytime. I think it said one would be there online but we never found it. We are older and it eas cold getting in sometimes. Overall it was excellent and we loved our time there. ”
