“Really liked the cabin and the staff was friendly. The ocean view is misleading. The only way we could get a glimpse of the water was during a little walk standing at the top of a hill in the middle of the drive. We had a field with some stuff in it behind our cabin.”

“We had a lovely stay overall. The house itself is beautiful—very clean, comfortable, and well suited for a large group. The bedrooms were great, and the common spaces were especially nice for spending time together.However, there were some significant issues with the kitchen during our stay. The dishwasher was out of order, and for the first 24 hours the kitchen sink was not working either. We notified the hosts Thursday evening, but unfortunately someone wasn’t able to come repair the sink...

“The Inn is very special and we definitely enjoyed staying in there. Although we did not have a chance to meet them in person, the host have been very responsive to our enquiries during our stay. There are some flaws which could be easily be corrected. The freshness of the breakfast food should be better monitored and the room does not have a hair dryer. May be also a good idea to have the small kitchen on the same floor as the dining tables.”

“This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...
