“Great location! This was our first time at Miramar Beach and we loved it. The owner had great communication with us the entire trip. The kids appreciated the welcome snacks they had for us when we arrived. The condo was clean and I appreciated the nicer quality wash cloths and towels. The property was quiet and the pool and deck area was always clean and never too busy same as the beach area. Since we flew there we appreciated the use of the owners beach chairs and umbrella. ”

“What more can you ask for? Beach Access is a 3 min walk to the umbrella and chairs included in your stay, the convenience this home has alone made our vacation that much more easy to enjoy. My family had the best time. Loved our rooms, the cleanliness and overall space of the house for our large group. “This corner unit looks right out onto the ocean but also has extra windows on the side! I loved being able to not only have a clear view of the ocean but also a view of the pond from the kitchen window and more side views of the ocean and surrounding area. Lots of natural light. Amazingly attentive host. Unit is loaded with extras!!”

“The apartment is so well located. The view is outstanding, could not take my eyes out these blue waters. Stan is very responsive to any question you may have, but all you need to stay with your family including two kids (4-7 yrs) is already there: from a fully equipped kitchen, to very cleaned bathrooms with extra set of towels, you will also find sand play set, DVD, monopoly etc… EVERYTHING!I highly recommend this property and Stan!”
