Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. “We got there a little earlier than expected and Stacy was able to get us checked in quickly and even upgraded us to be able to do that. She was so kind and helpful and we super appreciate her! We traveled from Dallas, Texas to be here and our hotel stay helped us feel safe and secure to rest.
