“Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!”

“There was no dishwasher soap or laundry soap, a small deal but at the last minute before checking out and wanting to start the dishwasher it was a quick trip to get Cascade. The condo is wonderful overall, so convenient and just what we all wanted.”

“Our condo was a beautiful condo located on the first floor in bldg A. It was great not needing the elevator and, since it was on the same floor, having quick access to both the pool, beach, and parking deck was very convenient. The condo was super clean, airy, and bright! The reason for the 4 star vs. 5 star rating is two-fold. 1) The king bed's mattress really needs an upgrade and 2) The back porch is fenced which doesn't allow a door to easily walk to the beach. “We have stayed in this building for several years for the quieter atmosphere, close to the beach and not crowded. This newly renovated unit gave us more space for our family to enjoy the perfect spot that we love. We’ve tried other locations but always come back to this one. “Can't beat the location, but a few items need fixing in the condo. Very loud washer and dryer. twin beds were very creaky. Mold on shower curtain. Most condos come with some basic spices - which would be helpful. No grocery store on the island- Publix is over the bridge however. Would be nice to have beach towels and a couple extra beach chairs-I know it wasn't listed, but would have been helpful. “This condo was the perfect spot for our family of 4. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone, the bunk beds were a huge hit for our kids, the bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen was large enough to make any type of meal. Not only did we have a washer and dryer, we had a milkshake machine, a very nice coffee pot, a toaster, any type of appliance you could think of. “This unit delivered exactly as advertised! The location is wonderful, the property was clean, we used the pool every day and usually didn't even have to share.
